DEFRANSZESQ worked collaboratively with the Aktrapid team to develop the attribute matrix that helped structure a more strategic assessment of Aktrapid and its future. It led being from a service-oriented strategy to a client-oriented strategy…and provided a way to get everyone in the company thinking about why a prospective healthcare worker will join Aktrapid.
This matrix was the key to a successful refreshed brand identity, ensuring its logo, positioning, messaging, warm colours and graphics all blended to give the right message.
