THE MARK
Initially, the idea came about with an attempt to create a monogram simply using the letter x, representing the first letter of the company. In the end we deconstructed the letter, discovering the intersecting planes representing four gumtree leaves that would become an accent element.
Two main elements form the basis of this new start-up brand: the structural foundations of the letter x; the intersecting gumtree leaves; the shifting gradients and transparency; layered together, and the boldness that is xenith real estate’s namesake.
